Consumer Subscription and Digital Service Terms

These terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service where you buy Memin as a consumer, outside a trade or profession. The seller/service provider is LOVARA AI LTD, company no. 17178171, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
1. Digital Service
Memin is an online software service; there is no physical product or shipping. The service becomes available in your account after payment is confirmed.
2. Plans and Payment
The monthly plans below are shown at their current price on the payment page. The final amount and, where applicable, tax information are shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm payment.

Taxes included where applicable.
A monthly subscription renews at the intervals disclosed in the payment flow until you cancel. Purchases use Stripe Checkout; we do not store your card details.
3. Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refunds
Your mandatory legal rights as a consumer, including withdrawal, refund, and other rights, are preserved. If consent or information is required for a digital service to begin immediately after payment, it is presented clearly in the purchase flow and assessed under applicable law.
You can cancel a subscription through Manage plan in Account or by emailing destek@meminofficial.com. Deleting an account does not by itself cancel the payment subscription.
4. Problems and Contact
For a duplicate payment, a purchase not applied to your account, or an access problem, email destek@meminofficial.com with your payment email. We will review the request and provide an applicable remedy.
5. Disputes
These consumer terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; however, this does not affect mandatory consumer protections or court rights in your country of residence.
