KVKK Information Notice

2. Purposes and Basis
Data is processed to create and manage accounts, deliver the service, run scans/reports, handle payment and subscriptions, provide security and support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context, the basis can be entering into or performing a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, or explicit consent.
3. Transfers
To provide the service, we may use service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Google, DataForSEO, Stripe, Resend, and enabled AI providers. Data may be transferred to the extent needed for a provider to deliver its service and with safeguards required by applicable law.
4. Your Rights and Requests
Where the KVKK applies, you may have rights to learn whether data is processed, request information, correction or erasure, learn recipients, object to an automated outcome, and seek compensation where the legal conditions are met. Send a request to destek@meminofficial.com.
