• Account and contact data: your email address and information you provide in your account profile.
• Service data: business profile, keyword, location, scan, report, and in-product preference data.
• Connected-account data: access and identifier data needed for a Google Business Profile connection you authorise.
• Payment and transaction data: purchase, subscription, and payment-status information. Memin does not store card details; payment is processed through Stripe Checkout.
• Security and usage data: session, device/browser, IP, error, and abuse-prevention information.
• Analytics data: usage statistics collected only when you give analytics consent.

2. Why We Use Data

• To create your account, manage your session, and provide the service.
• To run scan, report, Google Business Profile, and website-analysis features.
• To handle payment, subscriptions, customer support, security, and fraud-prevention processes.
• To meet legal obligations and keep the service secure and reliable.
• To analyse and improve product use when you have consented.

Depending on the context, processing may be based on entering into or performing a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or your consent. We do not sell or rent your data for advertising.

3. Service Providers and Transfers

To provide the service, we may use Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Google (connected Google services), DataForSEO (search-visibility data), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (enabled AI features), and, with your consent, Google Analytics. These providers process data only to provide their services.

Some of these providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where such a transfer is needed, we use safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and retain core preferences. Analytics cookies are off by default; they load only after your explicit consent, and you can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings at the bottom-right of the page.
