Terms of Service

1. Scope and Acceptance

These terms govern use of www.meminofficial.com and your Memin account. By creating an account, making a payment, or using the service, you accept them. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

Memin can be used by businesses/agencies and individual users. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The Service

Memin provides local visibility measurement, grid scans, competitor observations, Google Business Profile and website signal reviews, and related work surfaces. It is not an advertising campaign management or sales/revenue forecasting service.

Memin does not guarantee a particular Google ranking, visibility increase, traffic, customer, or revenue outcome. Measurements are based on data collected at a point in time; search results and third-party services can change over time.

3. Accounts and Authority

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your account secure.
• You may connect or analyse only business profiles and data that you are authorised to use.
• Report suspected access or a security issue to destek@meminofficial.com.

4. Subscriptions, Credits and Payment

Monthly subscriptions and, for eligible accounts, one-time Scan Credit packs are purchased through Stripe Checkout. The service scope, current price, tax display, and renewal information are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment.

• A monthly subscription renews at the interval shown in checkout until you cancel it.
• Additional Scan Credit packs are one-time payments and may be offered only to accounts with an active subscription.
• Any future price or package change is notified as applicable before it takes effect; your rights under applicable law are not limited.

5. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds

You can manage or request cancellation of your subscription through Manage plan in Account, or by emailing destek@meminofficial.com. Deleting an account does not by itself cancel a Stripe subscription.

If you purchase as a consumer, your mandatory withdrawal, refund, and other consumer rights are preserved. Where consent or information is required for immediate supply of a digital service after payment, it is presented in the payment flow and governed by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

• You may not seek unauthorised access, bypass security controls, or send excessive automated requests.
• You may not use the service for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or spam activity.
• You must comply with the terms of Google and other connected services.

7. Availability and Liability

The service can occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, security work, or third-party outages. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; however, these terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Intellectual Property and Termination

Intellectual property rights in the Memin platform, brand, and software belong to LOVARA AI LTD or its licensors. You retain rights in your own data. We may suspend or terminate an account for a serious breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law and Contact

If you act as a business or professional user, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you act as a consumer, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and court rights in your country of residence.
